For good cooks not willing to part with $200 plus (le creuset ware), this is greatest substitute ever.
Love the pot; everything I had hoped for. I was disappointed that skillet wasn't also porcelain coated. The quality of all newer cast iron products is just to rough to work well. I remember my mother's was slick as glass. I wish this manufacturer would make more products like these pots.
