Oster Milliken Fry Pan Cast Iron
This may be somewhat premature, since I've only used this unit twice.
First use was directly on the burner of an electric stovetop. The bottom now has three very tiny pits in the porcelain. They are barely noticeable, and should have no impact on the fry pan. However, the porcelain does seem to be thin.
The inside cleaned up nicely and was almost as easy to clean as non-stick. The weight is definitely cast iron, but lighter than my other cast iron of the same dimension, so my wife likes handling it.
The color is really quite nice, and the cooking surface is still white after the second frying session. The second time, I used an overlay over the burner coil of the cooktop and the bottom is still OK; no changes. This pan probably should be used carefully if directly on an electric coil, or should be used with a coil overlay or on the smoothtop cooking surfaces to lift it off the heat cycling of the burner coil.
