Caldera 10quart Dutch Oven
I've been looking for a Caldera style pot for a while and I finally found it on Amazon, so I'm very happy.
Let me say this, if your first starting out with getting kitchen supplies - always go with commercial grade. It may cost you a little extra, but down the road it pays for itself, because your not going to have to keep buying replacements, for a while.
I like to cook stews like curry chicken, pigs feet, peas n' rice and that is stuff you have to cook in big batches!
This pot cooks it perfectly! I've had it for only two days and have already used it three times! lol!!!
The only draw back, the handles get very hot - so keep your oven mits handy. But it is very sturdy and durable.
I have to add the 15 quart caldera to my collection as well.
