Sturdy, well-made pan, with corners that are too sharp
This pan is sturdy and well made. I use it all of the time. It's easy to clean and heats evenly.

The corners seem rather sharp, like they should be rounded, though. Looking at the description, it says it's for a "Hotel Pan" ... So the corners are probably sharp for a reason.
