Buyers beware
I wanted a Spanish made, stainless steel paella pan, so I ordered this pan. On the website it is described as "Authentically Spanish". When it arrived, there is the famous "Made in China" label. So far I have used the pan once to make seafood fideua, so far so good, but I think it is still too early to comment on the quality. If you are in the market for a real "authentic Spanish" paella pan, don't get this one. I am considering a carbon steel paella pan for the authenticity though it'd require more care.
Great Gift
I bought this as a Birthday gift for my Sister in law and she LOVES It.
It does need to be seasoned but like a cast iron pan but we both love cast iron so we do not have an issue with it.
It arrived really quick too!!
Thank you
Nyna
The best pan I've ever had
I have used two of these pans for years and wouldn't be without them. I am ordering two more, one to keep and one as a gift. To clean, just heat water in the pan until boiling, then rinse/lightly scour with plastic brush. I will never buy a coated pan again!!
