Non-stick and slick cast iron
I received this skillet from a friend several months ago and loved it so much I'm buying one for my godmother for Christmas. The skillet is cute as a button and fantastic for small saute jobs. Cooks like cast iron but is non-stick and has that cool blue exterior. Cast iron just got "cool" and "modern". Who'd a thought?
